Scott - Open Itunes, and choose add file or folder to library from the file
menu. You'll then be able to show ITunes the path to the folder you want to add.

Again, as a newbee to all things Ipod and Itunes please forgive me as these
questions will most probably have been covered before but all help will be
greatly appreciated folks.
I now wish to transfer music to my Ipod.
I have then created a folder of a load of my fave tunes on my external and
wish to transfer to Itunes then to my new wee pal, my Ipod touch.
I'm using XP and the latest WE at the minute.
Can anyone please tell me how to go about this?
