Thanks, Paul. That will be very useful to some, but it shouldn't
require what looks like quite a bit of work to figure out, and a 650
word essay just to explain how to use it.
Not criticising you of course as you have been very helpful figuring
it out. But when accessibility is really quite easy to add to sites
these days, a large and expensive national site like this really
shouldn't be failing over 90% of not only all the accessibility
checks, but also a very large number of basic web standards.
