I don't think so but updates will be downloaded automatically. Are you
in a digital switchover area. You could try a retune and may get more
information. There may also be an aerial problem. The box takes the
information from the digital signal so you may have poor reception.

Have any software updates please been made  to the current box?
it is ashame the speech stutters as others have said it is a good box
but these issues make it a bit tricky to use.
Also the "not information" aspect is a bit strange
