Hi Saqib, the cause of the majority of issues with the Goodmans box on this list are due to the lousy processor. If they'd put a processor in that was equal to the job instead of using a low spec one to save a few quid people wouldn't have problems with it. From what you say about the AD problem you're having I'd suspect it's down to the processor, at least in part. I have been using the Talking Goodmans freeview box and I find that the voice for the speech output is rather sluggish for my liking. I know some of you are using the latest box which has the ability to record and I would like to know which speech engine does it use? I also find that AD cuts out mid sentence at times and I have to turn the box off and back on again to get the AD back which is annoying. Is this an issue with the box or coverage in my area? ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ----- No virus found in this message.
