Davwe, someone has mentioned Plusnet already, and that's the ISP I am using
now. They are very competitive and I cannot say I have had any trouble with
them. I haven't had cause to use their help service as yet, so cannot
comment on that.

then? I know my BT Yahoo service has
actually been very good, and if anything has got better. Unfortunately, we
don't have cable broadband here, otherwise I'd go for that option any day!
I used to have NTL and that was fantastic, but moved away!
