I agree with you in respect of BT/Yahoo and would personally put Freeserve
in the same bracket, but as long as you are happy.
As for your firewall I'd recommend Sone Alarm either as a freebie or the
purchased pro version. But if you want absolute peace of mind go for Norton
internet security. 2004 version can be picked up for around £35. My
experience though is that it is worth the money, contains anti virus, popup
and Spam filters, parental controls etc.
It's screen reader friendly and easy to use. The auto update means you can
walk away and not worry.
