Hi Martin and all, the best thing to do when you want to use your chip and pin
card is to bring a sighted trustworthy volunteer, such as a careworker. That
way they can not only check that what you're doing is right, but also they can
check you got the correct amount of money and, the main thing, read the prompts
to you displayed on the ATM's screen. Hope this helps.
