I think should have ended after the "in my view". It's quite a statement to
say that Plusnet are the ISP of choice for visually impaired people.
Just to add a bit of balance, anyone that's an existing Sky subscriber would
be more than a little crazy not to take their broadband deal which is free
or £5 a month for 40GB download allowance per month. So, for a fiver, I get
8MB max speed with 40GB allowance, 10 e-mail addresses and have 4 computers
simultaneously connected to the provided wireless router which I got for
free. There's more on offer that I just don't take advantage of but this
puts the Plusnet deal into perspective for anyone that's an existing Sky
user - visually impaired or not.
Having said this about Sky, I was with BT for years and I would have stayed
with them if not for this ridiculously cheap deal from Sky.

After a few days of researching broadband providers, we're very keen on
plus.net and what they have to offer. Does anyone have any experiences,
good or bad, with the said provider? We may get the £14.99 deal which
gives us a 15 GB download usage limit. It was me who actually suggested
them as I've done lots of reading on their website yesterday and, well, I
don't know what to say, no other broadband we were looking at (AOL, BT and
Sky) can offer what Plus.net can. I do realize though that if we're to go
for a free router and free activation, in that if we decide to cancel
before the 12 month period, we'd have to pay an extortionate amount, but
from what I can see they look promising and I doubt we would. So in my
view Plus.net seems to be the ISP of choice for visually impaired people
at least, but watch the small print regarding cancellation fees. Anyway, I
look forward to your comments and feedback regarding this. Many thanks!
