Oh well, there's why online billing is the best, no print, no braille, just
an email with your username telling you when it's going out, ande etc!

Hi Kevin

It's personal choice, of course, but I opted to go with Sky a year ago
because I am a Sky customer anyway, so it made sense to pay the extra fiver,
like you do, and have a decent download capacity and the famous "up to" 8MB
speed. When I moved last month, I brought my Sky equipment with me and now
have broadband up and running again. I've had a few small problems over the
12 months which were all down to them, but it does me for what I need.

Mind you, I really went off the deep end at them a fortnight ago when they
sent me somebody else's statement which was in Braille. I told them in no
uncertain terms what I thought of that as they'd obviously put my address on
this poor soul's bill, and I felt I had invaded their privacy.

I guess you just have to go for what suits your pocket and your needs. They
are all a con to be honest in one way or another if you study their small
print.

Jackie
