Hi everyone
Well you'll be happy to know that hims made me try many things, but as there 
was they have no software solution or any diagnostic program, they say my unit 
is faulty. I am going to talk to Madleen because Hims want me to return it to 
rnib, so that is what I will do. I'm very happy though that hims agree that I 
am not doing anything wrong and am upgrading like the instructions say, but 
there is something which is interrupting the upgrade process while booksense is 
attempting to upgrade, although I am surprised that there is no sort of 
software solution that could have been tried.
