Hi all, when I got my new connect card last year, the person who read the PIN
that was sent to me couldn't see very well, and found it difficult to read the
numbers that are supposed to appear on the paper when scratched, when I was in
the UK in May, I found out I'd been given an incorrect number.
I asked for a new PIN at my branch of Barclay's and was assured I would receive
the code in print and in Braille.
This was 6 weeks ago now. The difficult to read print arrived without delay but
the Braille version has not arrived to date.
Asked a fully sighted person to scratch and read the print to-day,
unfortunately she scratched the wrong part of the paper and made the code
disappear.

now my questions: 1 How long should I expect to have to wait for the Braille
version of a PIN number? 2 Is there a number, not a premium or 0800 number I
can call from France to help me sort this out? 3 How do you all manage with
these scratch and read things when you can't see printed material? Any tips
welcomed.

Marie
