Hi, D Epending on which model she has, it is usually http://192.168.1.1 with the user of admin and the password of password. Remember to plug in a splitter to other phone sockets on the same line that have a phone connected - eg Sky digital boxes, phones etc. Thanks. My girlfriend is having BT Total Broadband installed tomorrow. Never having used ADSL before I'd like a quick heads up. Please could somebody confirm the following and also give me the url for the routers web utility? On the cd there's no manual! Only a brief tutorial which doesn't give ya that useful snippit. I'm guessing the procedure will go like this. 1. Man comes to install line. 2. I plug the filter into the phone line. 3. I plug a phone wire into the end of the filter and plug it's end into a free socket on the router. I know how to connect it to the PC having looked at the equipment last night. Is it necessary to run the installation cd or is this extra fluff? Thanks guys.
