[access-uk] Re: Announcement: Sonus-1XT radio now here!

The whole point of the In Touch piece, Steve, was to spend the time evaluating
the set from the point of view of its usability by blind people. In any case,
as someone, James, I think, pointed out, the quality of what you hear from a
DAB radio has comparatively little to do with the set itself. As one of the
people who took part in the discussion I found your comment patronising big
smile and all.

Cheers now.

Ian

  Hi Andy,

To be fair, the questions that Sunil is asking are not addressed on In Touch
at all, such as the quality of the radio. That would probably go over their
  heads <Big Smile>.

  All the best

  Hi Steve.

Why not listen to the BBC's In-Touch program, which went out last Tuesday
were many of your questions can be answered. A Very good introduction to
this device I thought, and you can actually hear the radio being operated by
visually impaired people. The address for the show is as follows: Enjoy:

  Best wishes.
