Hi.
To a point, both. But if you have a really good DAB radio, it is still only
going to sound as good as the rubbish that the stations throw at it. In
other words, if it is 128 bit compression, you are never going to get
better. It is because of all the stations that the Beeb and other
organisations try to squeeze on the multiplexes, that the quality goes down.

Is the sound quality a function of the decoding of the digital signal,
or is it a function of the following audio processing.
