[access-uk] Accessible MP3 players

A quick query for you good people. I don't use one myself, but I had an enquiry
today from a chap who has heard about the Milestone 311, an accessible mp3
player from the RNIB. However, he can't try before he buys, and knows very
little about any alternatives.
I believe he has a little useful vision, but not much.
Does anyone have any experience of the Milestone 311, or can you recommend
any other mp3 players that are quite accessible to visually impaired people.
