I managed to get them today, spoke to three people but still no joy.
I'm left with one throw of the doce myself, in using a different computer
with ITunes and hoping I can do what I can't on the other, or going to our
local Apple store and just remaining there till they find me an answer.

Hi all,
I need to contact Apple's technical support and wonder
if anyone has the number for the UK.
Ideally I could go into the store but want to avoid this
if possible because I've been pretty sick and want to
cut down on all unnecessary outings for a little longer.
I do believe Apple can probably help me without my being
with them and so would like to give it a go.
