If you have an Epson scanner or all in one machine you may find the computer interface easier. You don't need to remember all the buttons on the physical unit and your screen reader keeps you informed. Its all accessible too, in fact the printer software epson utility hasn't changed much since I got my last Epson printer over 6 years ago.
