Hi All:

This thread has prompted me to ask how I set up a one-shot scan button on my
Opticbook 3600?

Hi Andy

If I press the button I've assigned to the copy utility on my Epson, I hear
the scanning head swipe once, then do a second swipe which I think is
slower. After that, with my printer switched on, it runs off an exact copy
of the document I have lying on my scanner. I'm not aware of any backup
being put in a folder. To tell you the truth, I've never thought of
looking.

I think all-in-ones are slower than scanner only models from what I've
heard, but I appreciate they have come a long way.

Is yours a printer too? If it is, then I would have thought that if it was
copying, you would be presented with a printout after the second scan.

Not being helpful am I? (smile.)

Jackie
