My two cents…..and I really don’t want to offend anyone.
I really don’t care about all risks, effort, analysis, assumptions and all
other stuff that would be important in the real world.
But this….for me personally…..and yes, I am gonna say it…..it is a game.
If I die in the sim, though luck…if somebody gets away by cheating / hacks
whatever…..again though luck
I will be shitting about it for the first 5 seconds but after that I won’t care.
I just want to have fun, it has to be a bit formal with a chain of command, but
not overly managed, but also just for the fun and roleplay
The whole scheme and I really appreciate the time and effort that was put in,
but it really all sounds like work to me…….making everything SMART……
For some people it works very well, for some it won’t.
For me, it won’t, at least not for a game in my free time.
If we don’t like to fly together, if we don’t have match….though luck, we still
have fun with each other and will continue the search for others to fly with.
This is my view only and I did not speak to anyone about it.
I just wanted to share my point of view.
Not everyone is the same and will act differently when situations occur.

Well, as I said, change the entries in the boxes to what you want to get out of
it, I think you’ve already put more down in writing than you did before, or
that you put on the forums, so now 56 know what you intend to do and how you
see this going, so that’s a good thing, all I’m saying is look back at this
email in a month and see if it’s working:
Are you gel’ing
Do you get on
Is there common ground on how you operate
Are having more fun
Has it spiced up squad nights
Are you more involved with the community
“How” do you “know” if it’s working out, will you poll all the pilots?
As for me over complicating it, your list of goals is way longer than mine :)

without statistics and targets, which I don't want or intend to get into.
