I’m sure Talisman is busy arranging Sunday night’s joint action with 322 Sqn, I
offer this to help us to all make sure we get the most out of it and make sure
everyone is clear about what exactly it is we want to get out of it!
An example of an evaluation of the upcoming joint mission with 322 Sqn. By all
means change the criteria in the boxes as I’ve put down what I think might be
the intention, if you do change it, start at the top and work across and then
down, I strongly suggest you get input from 322 Sqn as well, as I said before
it might clarify some points about working together before Sunday evenings
first meeting together!
As for the table:
The Goal is what you want to get out of it, with detail included.
Outcomes is where you want to be at the end of the evaluation period.
Outputs are what you need to do to achieve the outcomes.
Activities are details of what each mission should intend to achieve.
Risks/Assumptions are the things that can work for or against you.
