Sorry Witch, but this is not what I wanted at all when I took the initiative
to get some teamwork going with another squad. I see this as all to formal and
a bit too intense. I would like to take things slowly and see how they
develop. My approach is that we need to get to now each other first and see
how we get on and see if we gel as a group.
Lets just take it easy and see what they like to do and how they would like to
play things and look at what we do and see if we find common ground. The main
thing I want to achieve is to have some fun, freshen up our squad nights and
get us a little more involved with the community. Small steps and see how we
go. I don't want to overwhelm any pilots who would like to take a less formal
approach.
Lets wait and see what transpires. I have some thoughts in mind and have
spoken on teamspeak with some of our regular pilots and chewed the cud with
Bojack (CO 322) already. Thank you for your input, but I am sure we will all
know whether it is working for them and us after a few weeks of friendly flying
without statistics and targets, which I don't want or intend to get into.
