Well, as I said, change the entries in the boxes to what you want to get out of
it, I think you’ve already put more down in writing than you did before, or
that you put on the forums, so now 56 know what you intend to do and how you
see this going, so that’s a good thing, all I’m saying is look back at this
email in a month and see if it’s working:
Are you gel’ing
Do you get on
Is there common ground on how you operate
Are having more fun
Has it spiced up squad nights
Are you more involved with the community
“How” do you “know” if it’s working out, will you poll all the pilots?
As for me over complicating it, your list of goals is way longer than mine :)
Good luck

Sorry Witch, but this is not what I wanted at all when I took the initiative
to get some teamwork going with another squad. I see this as all to formal
and a bit too intense. I would like to take things slowly and see how they
develop. My approach is that we need to get to now each other first and see
how we get on and see if we gel as a group.
Lets just take it easy and see what they like to do and how they would like
to play things and look at what we do and see if we find common ground. The
main thing I want to achieve is to have some fun, freshen up our squad nights
and get us a little more involved with the community. Small steps and see
how we go. I don't want to overwhelm any pilots who would like to take a
less formal approach.
Lets wait and see what transpires. I have some thoughts in mind and have
spoken on teamspeak with some of our regular pilots and chewed the cud with
Bojack (CO 322) already. Thank you for your input, but I am sure we will all
know whether it is working for them and us after a few weeks of friendly
flying without statistics and targets, which I don't want or intend to get
into.
Happy landings,
Talisman

Hi all,
I’m sure Talisman is busy arranging Sunday night’s joint action with 322 Sqn,
I offer this to help us to all make sure we get the most out of it and make
sure everyone is clear about what exactly it is we want to get out of it!
An example of an evaluation of the upcoming joint mission with 322 Sqn. By
all means change the criteria in the boxes as I’ve put down what I think
might be the intention, if you do change it, start at the top and work across
and then down, I strongly suggest you get input from 322 Sqn as well, as I
said before it might clarify some points about working together before Sunday
evenings first meeting together!
As for the table:
The Goal is what you want to get out of it, with detail included.
Outcomes is where you want to be at the end of the evaluation period.
Outputs are what you need to do to achieve the outcomes.
Activities are details of what each mission should intend to achieve.
Risks/Assumptions are the things that can work for or against you.
