[wisb] Re: Lapland Longspur at Bradford Beach in Milwaukee

The arrival-departure doc shows Sept 2 as the expected arrival date, i.e. there 
are multiple if not many records on or near that date. In my experience here in 
the north this species arrives annually during the Sept 5-10 timeframe and 
later only if I don't get out enough to detect one. See the eBird data for some 
examples from recent years. So while always a nice find, I would say this bird 
represents a fairly average arrival.
