[wisb] Re: Lapland Longspur at Bradford Beach in Milwaukee

Good find!  This is one of the earlier fall WI Lapland Longspur arrival 
dates ( http://wsobirds.org/files/Records/ArrivalDeparture2011Fall.pdf). 
Rusty-tinged greater coverts and framed auricular area are two ways, 
among others, to ID this from other longspurs (note the long spurs, too).
