Aw shucks! I was going to try that! Darn it all! ----- Original Message ----- From: Sunshine To: winamp4theblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, May 24, 2008 7:43 AM Subject: Re: trouble playing wave/wav files in winamp nope the wave out put does not work either what is strange is that if i convert the wav / wave files to a regular PCM 16 kbps wave file they play just fine. could it be that winamp needs a better way of playing wave files/wav files? i also get white noise in some of the wave/wav files but bring them into any other audio ap that plays wav/wave files they play just fine. ----- Original Message ----- From: Curtis Delzer To: winamp4theblind@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, May 24, 2008 9:23 AM Subject: Re: trouble playing wave/wav files in winamp For some reason, I have also had problems playing very short, or medium short *.wav files in winamp, not all, but some, and I can't figure the reason for it. The ones I have problems with are some of the *.wav files in the media directory of Windows, whatever OS version. Try the wav-out plug-in, and then try the direct plug-in and see if it works differently. :) Curtis Delzer At 04:17 PM 5/23/2008, you wrote: the subject line says it all i can not get any wave/wav files to play in winamp what can i do to fix this? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message.
