Man Joanne it seems that America Offline and Nulsoft break things with WINAMP.
I am facing somewhat the same thing. WINAMP sometimes plays WAV files, and
there are times it won't play at all. I have to bring up evil WMP to do it to
the ones WINAMP won't play. I wish I could help. Your bro in Christ,
