But you have to go in to preferences then go to associated file types. In my experience, it's best to hit the associate all file types button. I'm asking because newer or if you will, later versions of Winamp won't play .wav files right out of the box. You have to make sure the .wav files are associated right along with the many other audio file types. After you do that, you should have no problems playing .wav files in Winamp. My best regards.
