Hi I am not talking about the average user here. I am talking about making
programs useable. With screen readers. A lot of this should fall squarely
with the screen reader developers and scripter. Otherwise might as well
not have a screen reader at all.

Keep in mind that perhaps the average user doesn't know every little tool
that he/she can try to use to make these things more accessible. Hell, I'm a
pretty good computer user, and there were some jaws commands that I hadn't
learned right away.
