Try the following:-
Make sure you are in the list of names column.
Go into the Home Tab by pressing Alt.
Tab down to paragraph.
Keep tabbing to Sort and press Enter.
Here, make sure the following are checked:- Text, Paragraph, Ascend A to Z.
