Hi roslyn,

Google, as usual, provides some pages on examples of the sort of headset
you're looking for. Search for: "computer and telephone headset" and,
below a lot of sponsored results, you'll get other search results of
relevance to your query.

My other thought was, something along the lines of Skype or a Skype handset;
but I suppose the IT and security people might be anxious about rerouting
calls to be on a Skype device, etc. Anyway, those are a few ideas.

Hi Maureen, Eleanor and Frank,

Thanks for your mails regarding my query. Sorry Frank, the only thing is I
don't ffeel that comfortable putting someone on loud speaker in an open plan
office.

Regards
Roslyn
