[vi-android] Re: (VI-Android) How Do I Set Up a Phone Running Android 4.2 Please?

Hello Quentin and every other person,
Thank you Quentin for your guidance; it's been truly helpful. I've
explained the gestures to the person who owns the phone. Another
person here in Nigeria who uses the same phone as the one I helped set
up has recommended a podcast demonstration of the gestures in android
recorded by Mike Arrego.
Now, the challenge is that it seems Pico cannot be replaced with
another speech engine as the default engine. I downloaded the Google
TTS for the phone and set it as the preferred speech engine, but Pico
began talking the next time the phone was turned on. The person who
recommended Mike Arrego's demo of the gestures also had the same
experience with the Ivona TTS. Is there anything we are doing wrong?
