That is not true about the menus, they all speak and it reads text messages,
and people can have speech while typing them too.
But what you heard about the battery, it sucks, but you can get the
"extended" battery, it's fatter, and I believe it out-lasts standard
batteries.

I agree with that Aaron, and I've also heard that the battery life
isn't as good as what I have with my trusty LG VX8300.
