I've added support for the indirectKS setting since the byte, word and long options are already configurable in Hi-Toro. The trustnaddr option will remain unsupported. I like to support as many options as possible even they are ignored on OS X in case users are making or viewing configurations intended for other platforms, but in this case the option is so esoteric I don't think it's worth bothering.
I'll upload a new binary once my webspace comes back to life - it's been down all weekend :(
