Ever get around a group of teenage boys and listen to them talk about cars? So many rpm's, super high output motors, Hurst shifters, harley carburators, etc...." Ever get around a group of nerds and listen to them talk about computers? Gigaherz, Megabytes, clock cycles, etc... I love to talk with birders. Any and all birders. Absolutely no one in my family is the least bit interested in birdwatching (ok, my younger brother goes with me 2 or 3 times a year to mexico, "just to help me drive" which I am begining to think he does "just to get away"...it sure aint for the birds) So I log onto Missouri Birds, Arkansas Birds, Texas Birds, illinois Birds, Tennessee birds......because it keeps me going during the times I can't get out and bird myself. I don't care if every post mentions the specific name of a bird or not, i just thoroughly enjoy listening to the chatter. Please keep it up!! You can't have a listworthy sighting of birds EVERY day of the year..
