I know of a few clients that use ISA just for proxy, and they have a PIX to
the Internet.  I don't know why they don't use Websense, as that's a MUCH
better product anyways.

I use ISA, but would never rely on it as my primary line of defense for a
big company.  I use it behind my PIX, thus having 2 firewalls.  My primary
use of it is to publish sites/servers, and the full firewall features are
just added benefits.
