[THIN] OT:Removing Exchange 5.5 from 2k enviroment

I am wondering if anyone still have the document on how to remove the
last Exchange 5.5 server from an Exchange 2K domain. I upgraded my 5.5
to a new 2K box but did not delete the 5.5. I am now ready to take out
the 5.5 completely but just shutting down the server does not do it
since in the Exchange System Manager, it still shows the 5.5 server.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
