The servers default to looking for it on the DC. If you do nothing to the
registry that's where they are going to hunt for it. So that's why it is
recommended that it be placd there. Realistically the load isn't that much
from the LS anyway. Now, if you want to put it somewhere else just hack the
registry on every box and you're fine.
