These would be for the network in general

Putty - telnet and ssh client
OCS Inventory - runs through logon script and catalogs the computers on the
network for software, hardware. Helps with software compliance.
Kixtart - where would be without this.
GetIF - SNMP tool
SNMP Informant - unlock some of the power of SNMP on your Windows servers.
AD Modify - MS tool that allows for easy GUI based bulk changes to Active
Directory
Crimson Editor - Great Editing tool for webpages and script files
Angry IP - scans your subnet for different ports. Real good for finding
rogue web servers and such.
HP Web Jet Admin - JAVA app that runs on a server and allows you to update
and modify configs on your JetDirect and HP Printer's firmware.
AD Check - NetIQ's free tool that quickly and easily lets you see if your AD
DC are talking to each other. Helps trouble shoot AD issues.
Windows Server Resource Kit
LanGuard Scanner 2 - GFI's free network scanner
