[THIN] Free tools?

What are some of your favorite free tools out there (Newer ones, like within
the last 6 months) offered By MS , Citrix or any third party.

Just finishing a presentation for the Citrix Users Group and have a slide
for a list of "cool new tools" that every admin should have (TS plain, OR
with Citrix, Jetro, etc)
