[texbirds] Tuesday morning birding Hagerman NWR.

75 species today was a really good count for midsummer at  the refuge. 16 
species of shorebirds.  You really have to look hard for some of the shorebirds 
because they are scattered a lot.  We saw the Tricolored Heron across the inlet 
from the Goode Area. We heard an Eastern Wood-Pewee calling at the entrance to 
F Pad road. We saw the first Loggerhead Shrike that we have seen this summer.
