[texbirds] Tuesday morning birding, Hagerman NWR

We finished the day with 60 species. We were treated to closeup looks of a 
Great Horned Owl.  A bird that you hardly ever see in the daytime at Hagerman.  
Shorebird numbers were not impressive, but we did get good looks at a 
Buff-breasted Sandpiper near Plover and Wildlife Dr. and Spotted Sandpipers and 
killdeer were abundant. We saw the usual Red-headed Woodpeckers and a couple of 
Wood Ducks at Dead Woman Pond.
