[TechAssist] Zenith PTV red goes out of focus

This PTV I changed the focus / screen block and it is still going out of
focus. Can a bad splitter make only one color go out of focus? I haven't
tried to switch focus leads. Can I switch the leads coming out of the
splitter into the focus block?
