If your referring to me ....I did not say I was right at any time...don't put

in my statement...further more I have said nothing nor done nothing to hamper

industry ".....nor did I say anything about the Service and Manufacturing 
section
being wrong......

I don't understand how a Tech thinks he is the only one who has the right
answer and that the whole Service and Manufacturing industry is wrong? This
type of narrow minded thinking helps to keep alive the negative attitude the
public has of our industry.
