I have had a similar problem with Tritronics, they would not ship to Canada.
I found this out by email after a inquiry. There are other U.S suppliers
that are easy to deal with so I didn't pursue it. It sounds like they don't
want to be bothered dealing with Canadians. You can go on vacation any where
in the world and use visa, so the visa excuse does not cut it.
