        This would be a new one on me. Visa is Visa. All conversion is done by  
Visa and charged back to you accordingly.
        I have ordered parts from Electronica USA as late as December of 2004,  
with my Visa card, and have never had the nationality of the card  
questioned. If this is the case...I would certainly have some choice  
questions for this company.
