[TechAssist] Sony KV-32S20 [repeat failure]

I repaired a dead Sony 32" KV-32S20 TV w/ Shorted Q601, Q602 (2SC4834) and
Open R607 .1ohm 1/2 W and Shorted HOT 2SC5148 (8-729-035-75).
Set played fine after repair for 2 days in shop. Customer picked-up set and
a couple days later called to say set was dead again! I found Q601, Q602
shorted and R607 Open this time. (The HOT was ok) Again Set played fine for
two days in-shop after second repair.
Customer called again a few days later and said set is dead again. What am I
missing?
