Here's a SD issue with a KV32FS200: It comes up, immed. SD. Replaced jungle,fly, micro on A board,no help. On the GK smps board, scoped all PS sources and one was going too high: 7.5 VDC source went to over +8V just before SD. Traced problem back to a SMD diode D620. It was open. Fixed. HTH.
