A shorted CRT driver IC will cause these chassis to shutdown.

Thomson is stumped on this one too.
It's under warranty and they've had us change the SSB board with no change.
Voltage levels seem OK, athough maybe 15% high for the second that it stays
up.
The FBT has been changed also.
Now thaey have authorized a deflection board! At this point I would like to
figure this thing out instead.
i was wondering if anyone else has encountered one of these mystery sets?
