QC people know that bad parts in a sample mean bad parts in the batch,
and
if the number of bad parts is above normal that something is wrong with
the
whole  batch and they will probably all cause trouble eventually. QC
people
also know that you cant test quality into a part, so sorting out the bad
parts doesnt mean that the rest will stay good. Savvy users of
electronic
components usually want to have a look at the manufacturers QC data and
test
results before the batch is shipped. They dont want batches that had a
higher than normal reject rate in the original testing.
