I'm no xpert fer sure but in my opinion any semiconductor purchased from

a manufacturer should be an ok part since all the manufacturers have 
safeguards in place to insure that the parts they purchase meet the 
required specs. Way back when Magnavox was Magnavox I worked there and I

know they had an entire department set up to inspect and test incoming 
parts by testing a sample of every batch, if the sample failed the 
entire batch was rejected and returned to the supplier. Guess where the 
cheap generics come from!
